We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering both in-person sessions and telehealth services throughout Arizona. You must be located in Arizona to receive services. Click here to see a map of our location.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I need a diagnosis?
Yes. Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis to process a superbill. Some clients choose not to submit because this becomes part of their permanent health record.Who submits the superbill?
