Do you accept insurance?

Where are you located?

We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering both in-person sessions and telehealth services throughout Arizona. You must be located in Arizona to receive services. Click here to see a map of our location.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Do I need a diagnosis?
    Yes. Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis to process a superbill. Some clients choose not to submit because this becomes part of their permanent health record.

  • Who submits the superbill?
    You do. Clients are responsible for sending superbills to their insurance company and understanding their out-of-network benefits.

  • Is reimbursement guaranteed?
    No. Insurance companies may deny claims or limit coverage. Please check with your provider for details.
