Calm Mind, Calm Body Workshop

We are excited to share an upcoming group therapy workshop led by maternal mental health therapist Dena Tibsherany, LMSW, PMH-C.

Many women spend their days caring for others, managing responsibilities, and pushing through stress. This experiential group offers a space to pause, breathe, and learn simple tools to help regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of calm.

Calm Mind, Calm Body: A Nervous System Reset for Women

In this workshop participants will experience:
• a simple explanation of how the nervous system responds to stress
• practical tools to calm the mind and body
• guided practices to help feel more grounded and present
• space to slow down and reconnect with yourself
